HOOSICK Announcement is made of the marriage of Priscilla Jean Sweet, daughter of Mrs. Fverett Sprague of North Hoosick, to Raymond Charles Colehamcr of Troy by the Rev. Joel Miller on August 14.

Kathy Hems, sister of the bridegroom, was matron of honor. Roxanna Oslerlund and Tammy Sprague, sisters of the bride, were other attendants. Best man was Harry Hems, and Thomas Tremblay and Runny St. Pierre were ushers. Melissa Hems and Fverett Sprague Jr.

were flower girl and ring bearer. The newlyweds are living in Schenectady I nrundilionally Thompson Ilonoml at Tho Showers FAGIE BRIDGE Linda Thompson of Eagle Bridge was honored October 6 with a party given by her to-workers ai the Dept. of Motor Vehicles in Albany. Kelreshments were netted and she received a variety of shower gifts. Miss Thompson, who will be married to Donald I'.

Sweet of Eagle Bridge on October 9. was given a miscellaneous shower in the North Hoosick Firehouse last month by her bridal alien-dants. Joan Huffman, Debbie Thompson, Patricia Herrington. and Kathleen Leonard. Forty friends and relatives attended.

Decorations were in green and yellow. A shower cake furnished by her aunt. Mrs. John Leonard, decorated in the same colors, was used for the table centerpiece. Other refreshments also were served.

I Organist was Terry Kelly and soloist Paula Sawyer. Mr. Brownell gave his daughter away. She wore a long gown of organza with a matching Juliet cap and three-tiered illusion veil. Bridal attendants were Nancy Grolley.

Leitha Brownell, sister of the bride, and another sister, Linda Brownell. Douglas Kirk was best man for his brother. David Kuzmich and Thomas Bain ushered. A reception took place in the VFW Home in Greenwich. The newlyweds were graduated from Greenwich Central School.

Mrs. Kirk is employed by Saratoga-War-ren County BOCES, and her husband by Greenwich Associated Craftsmen. Following a honeymoon trip through the Adirondacks to Canada and to Niagara Falls, the couples address will be RD 1, Box 199B, Schuylerville. Her husband was graduated from Mt. Anthony Union High School, served three years in the Army, and is an employe of the Town of Pownal. Mr. Mattison belongs to Pownal American Legion Post and East Pownal Fire Dept. The couple will live in a new home on Maple Grove Road.

ELKS AUXILIARY MEETS OCT. 13 HOOSICK FALLS The regular monthly meeting of Elks Ladies Auxiliary will be held Wednesday, Oct. 13 at 8:15 p.m. in the Elks clubhouse. Members should turn in their raffle tickets for the November social to Mrs.

Prudence Tatro was organist and Donald Sutton soloist. Bridal attendants were Diane Sheridan, honor. Jean Sheridan, Mrs. John Rogers, Mrs. Robert Knapp, and as junior bridesmaid Sherry Sheridan.

Clarence Mattison served as best man. Robert Knapp. Gary Bishop, and Flynn Mattison ushered, and Larry Sheridan was junior usher. The bride was escorted by her father. She was gowned in chiffon over taffeta trimmed with chata de ange lace accented with blue satin ribbon on bodice.

CAMBRIDGE Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bounds Jr. of Cambridge announce the engagement of their daughter Josephine to John Shewell, son of Mr. and Mrs.
